Seasonings: Jinguanyuan peanut blended oil, Jinguanyuan Golden Label light soy sauce, Jinguanyuan cooking wine king, Jinguanyuan tomato sauce, Jinguanyuan chicken powder, Jinguanyuan bean paste, Jinguanyuan pepper, Jinguanyuan seafood soy sauce, sweet noodle sauce, sugar, salt
practice:
1. Marinate chicken wings and ribs with appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, and ginger for half a day.
2. Sauce preparation: three spoons of oil, two spoons of tomato sauce, two spoons of soy sauce, two spoons of seafood soy sauce, one spoon of sugar, one spoon of starch, one spoon of chicken powder, stir evenly and place. Add or subtract ingredients according to personal taste.
3. Cut onions, carrots, and potatoes into cubes and set aside. Cut green and red peppers into large pieces. Peel a large amount of garlic and set aside.
4. First add a small amount of salt, chili powder and oil to the ingredients and mix well.
5. Put the ingredients into the bottom of the pot and add butter if necessary. If there is no butter, you can add a little more oil instead.
6. After starting the fire, spread the meat on top of the side dishes. If you like meat, you can put more.
7. Cover the pot, sprinkle with pepper and chili oil, wait for about 12 minutes, add the mixed sauce, cover the pot and simmer for a few minutes, then add coriander.
