Black pepper pork ribs

Ingredients: 400 grams of pork ribs, 1 piece of ginger, 3 cloves of garlic, 3 green onions
Seasoning: 3g Jinguanyuan black pepper, 2 tablespoons Jinguanyuan fresh soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Jinguanyuan braised soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Jinguanyuan cooking wine king, 1 teaspoon sugar
practice:
1. Prepare the main ingredients.
2. Cut part of the green onion into sections, tie part of the green onion into knots and ginger slices; slice the ginger and peel off the skin of the garlic.
3. Put the pork ribs in the pot under cold water, pour in the cooking wine, add the green onion knots and ginger slices, remove the bleeding water, rinse and drain.
4. Take another pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, heat it up and add ginger, garlic, and green onion in sequence and saute until fragrant (add garlic and green onion last, because they will easily burn if stir-fried for a long time)
5. Then add the pork ribs and stir-fry.
6. Stir-fry until the ribs are slightly browned, then add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and cooking wine and stir-fry until the pork ribs are slightly browned.
7. Freshly grind black pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.
8. Then add an appropriate amount of water to cover the ribs, add sugar, bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour.
9. Simmer until the pork ribs are tender and the sauce is reduced to a thick consistency. Sprinkle in black pepper before serving.
